ISOTEX offers Solid Fuel Package Boiler. The Ecostat is a smoke tube, three pass boiler which can fire fuels like coal, lignite, wood and agro-waste briquettes, Baggase, Rice Husk, Ground nut shell etc. It gives you Steam at the lowest operating cost coupled with trouble free operations and long life. Ecostat boilers are fully wetback boilers manufactured to deliver high efficiency of 77% with heat recovery compared to 70% for conventional boilers.

The Ecostat offers serval benefits : Higher steam space for quick response to fluctuating loads, Large internal furnace for complete combustion of low grade fuels, Boilers are factory insulated, pre-wired and cabled and saddle mounted unit with minimum site work for quick commissioning, Such boilers can be easily converted into oil/gas firing system

Ecostat is available in capacities from 500 kg per hour to 8,000kg per hour steam and pressure 10.54/17.54 kg/cm2g, at temperature upto 205 oc, with Efficiency 73 +/-2% on GCV. Option of heat recovery units such as water pre-heater, air-preheater or economizer to increase efficiency to 77%. An option of automated fuel feeding system is also offered.

Manufacturing can be under internationally accepted Inspection Agencies Agencies i.e. IBR, Lloyd’s, SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, or any others as per client’s requirement.
