Water is eco-friendly, non-hazardeous and an excellent medium for industrial heat transfer applications. Pressurized Hot water systems have many advantages over conventional steam or thermic fluid systems. The Ecopac boiler is outside the purview of the Indian Boiler Regulation. Ecopac is used to generate hot water as high as 140 ºC or beyond, without changing its liquid state. The system incorporates complete pressurized closed loop hot water circuit with integrated safety measures.

Based on our third generation heater design, Ecopac is an unique 3-pass wet-back horizontal design, coil type water tube, packaged, fully automatic oil/gas fired, forced circulation hot water generator for high efficiency and easy maintenance. The Ecopac is available in capacities from 1,00,000 kcal per hour to 20,00,000 kcal per hour maximum continous rating. Pressure at 4 kg / cm2g Temperature upto 140 ºC firing fuels HSD , LDO, FO, NG & LPG and efficiency of 91 +/- 2% on NCV.

Ecopac systems can be custom-build in capacities from 0.2 million kcal per hour to 12.0 million kcal per hour with outlet temperature of upto 260 ºC.

Ecopac is also available in versions to operate on solid fuel firing systems for fuels like husk, coal, wood waste, palm waste, bagasse etc.

Applications include Food drying, Tea drying, Wood working and laminate industry, automobile and tyre industry, Dairy, Oil Heating, Spray Drying, Metal pretreatment, space heating and many others.
