Exhaust Gas Boilers Thermal Oil / Water / Steam

Isotex offers the Retromiser XF series exhaust gas which find ideal applications in Cogeneration Systems working on Reciprocating Engines and Gas Turbines. Engine flue gases contain 30 - 40% of heat generated by burning diesel/F.O. etc. Most of this energy can be recovered by installing one of our specially designed Retromiser waste heat boiler for production of steam, hot water or pressurized water.

Various sources of waste heat:

  • Exhaust heat recovery from Reciprocating Engine driven Gen-sets used for Captive Power Cogeneration and independent power production.
    • Heavy fuel oil Fired
    • Gas Fired
    • Diesel Fired
  • Exhaust heat recovery from Gas Turbine exhaust
  • Jacket heat recovery from Engine

These heat recovery boilers are horizontal (on request vertical) shell and tube type This range of equipment is available in standard design from 250 kg/hr, pressure 10.54 kg/cm2g to 10t/h also upto 17.54 kg/cm2g. The design provides a large steam volume and heat-transfer surface and thus high quality of the produced steam.

  • Modulating Diverter Damper with Sealing Efficiency of 99.9%
  • Smart Boiler with Heat Recovery Calculator
  • Interlock between of Diverter Damper & Outlet Motorized Valve
  • Regulated Movement of Diverter Damper
  • Dryness Fraction – 98.0 % plus
  • Single Element Control incase of Economiser
  • Sonic Soot Blowers for Online Cleaning (For FO fired Gensets)
  • Truly Packaged Design

Retromiser XF can be designed for operation with the most commonly applied engines. Isotex can analyze your waste heat recovery potential, accurately project the payback period, and fabricate equipment specifically designed for your application.
