Oil / Gas Fired Thermic Fluid Heaters

Isotex offers its world renowned third generation (wet-back design) thermal oil/thermic fluid heaters for using variety of liquid and gaseous fuels. The third generation heater offers several advantages over other heater designs and much higher efficiency.

Ecotherm heaters are low cost, maintenance free and reliable heaters suitable for harsh working conditions. Also available as skid mounted packaged units for ready to use. Unitherm heaters are built to European standards of quality and safety. The need to save energy and reduce pollution also requires the best possible industrial burner optimization. Isotex offers option for riello, weishaupt or saacke burners.

The heater are available in capacities from 50,000 kcal/hr to 1,00,000 kcal/hr maximum continuous rating firing heavy oils, light oils, nature gas, LPG. Dual fuel as well as waste oils, biodiesel, biogas etc. The heaters are designed according to German DIN standard. Standard heaters are horizontal type however where space is major constraint vertical heaters are designed on request. Isotex supplies heating plants which can be factory preassembled on skids for land and marine use whether fixed or mobile, indoor or outdoor operation.
