| Isotex offers hot water boilers in range of 27 KW to 2500 KW as standard units.
These boilers are available in two different constructions, coil type hot water boilers and shell and tube type hot water boilers. The shell type boilers are as per European design.
The hot water boilers can be designed to operate on various fuels like HSD, Light Diesel Oil, heavy oil, Natural gas, LPG, Dual fuel, coal, husk and other agrowaste fuels. Click here for more details... |

| Superheated Pressurised Water Boilers |
|

| Water is eco-friendly and an excellent medium for industrial heat transfer applications. Pressurized Hot water systems have many advantages over conventional steam or thermic fluid systems. The Ecopac boiler is outside the purview of the Indian Boiler Regulation.
Ecopac is used to generate hot water as high as 140 ºC or beyond, without changing its liquid state. This water is transferred in pressurized closed loop system to the point of application.

| Isotex’s growth continues with addition of new production facility adjacent to our existing facility. |

| The new 4,000 sq. meter facility has been equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to optimize serial production and reduce costs. The facility shall house the entire production of medium and large boilers and heaters. |

| Isotex shall now be capable of delivering about 300 boilers per year, ranging from steam, thermal oil and hot water boilers in wide capacities up to 20,000 KW. |

Low Emission Boilers |
| Air pollution control and the production of emissions are on everyone's tongue since the |
| discussions about the climate have started up again. Air pollutants such as carbon monoxide, fine dust, soot, sulphur dioxide or nitrogen oxide have to be avoided or kept to a minimum. |

| The high level of efficiency of modern thermal oil, steam and hot water boilers manufactured by Isotex reduces fuel consumption and keeps emissions low. Low Nox burners, speed-regulated fans with oxygen and/or carbon monoxide measuring probes, high-efficiency insulations, intelligent boiler controls and integrated air pre-heaters or economizers ensure ecological and economic boiler operation. |
