Isotex offers Oil and Gas fired shell type steam boilers in capacities upto 16 tons of steaming per hour. Isotex Shell type oil and gas fired boilers are flexible in design and are capable of firing a wide range of fuels, including heavy fuels and dual fuel options. These boilers are known for their ruggedness and high efficiency, even when firing difficult fuels.

Ecostat is a smoke tube type steam boiler with three pass fully wet back design suitable for fully automatic operation and compatible for petro-fuels and comes incorporated with all contemporary technological developments. The boiler is equipped with matching Riello monobloc/dualbloc burners to deliver high combustion & thermal efficiencies.

A whole range of superior features make Ecostat the ideal choice for process requirements:

• Ecostat Boilers have a higher steam water interface area than conventional boilers, resulting in lower steam release velocities, thereby ensuring high dryness fraction and quick response .
• The Boilers have a higher water volume by 10 to 25 % than conventional boilers. Higher steam water volume ensures quick response under fluctuating loads and avoids significant pressure drops during sudden surges.
• Ecostat Boilers have a higher heat transfer area ensuring lower stack temperature and hence also lower stack losses. Due to higher heat transfer area there is lower heat flux and hence lower thermal stresses on the heat exchange parts of the boiler.

Ecostat is offered as single flame-tube or double flame-tube boilers for steam production capacities 1,000 to 16,000 kg/h and pressure 10.54 /17.54 kg/cm²g (higher pressure on request), at temperature upto 205 ºC, firing Light fuel oils, Heavy fuel oils, LSHS, Natural Gas and Dual fuel with Efficiency 92 +/-2% on NCV with integrated flue gas heat exchanger. Higher efficiency upto 95% is available using special heat recovery devices. An option of air/steam atomizing & rotary cup burner is also available for high viscosity oils. Option of O2 trim, BMS, VFD ensuring optimal combustion, lower emissions and reduced fuel and electricity costs for the end user.
