Solid Fuel Fired Thermal Oil / Thermic Fluid Heater

Isotex offers thermal oil/thermic fluid heaters designed for high efficiency using variety of solid fuels including biomass/agro-waste fuels. Isotex can also design your specific plant for particular fuel on turnkey basis. Only Isotex offers coal/biomass fired high temperature hot oil plants with precision temperature accuracy.

Ecotherm heaters are available in manual or automatic firing versions in three or four flue passes design for fuels such as lignite, coal, wood chips, briquette fuels etc. Such heater is ideal where cost of equipment needs to be low and cheap labour is easily available. Ecotherm units are available in capacities 75,000 kcal per hour onwards.

Unitherm solid fuel fired heating plants offer options for automated combustion of more than 100 different fuels including high moisture biomass using latest combustion systems specific to fuel. The automated fuel and ash handling, sophisticated controls, in such plants make such plants ideal replacement for expensive oil fired plants giving similar ease of operation. Options for combustion systems include fluidized bed combustion (FBC), reciprocating grate, travelling grate, underfeeder type or simply a fixed flat grate depending on fuel. Unitherm solid fuel fired thermic fluid heaters are available in capacities from 0.4 million kcal per hour to 12 million kcal per hour.
